Philippe Lamarre is an experienced consultant offering strategic advice on business financing, management and development as well as on the development and management of major projects in the fields of design building, privatization, outsourcing, and infrastructure and personal property management.

He is a former senior manager for SNCwLavalin, where he was in charge of the management, property and infrastructure group, which specializes in outsourcing, public-private partnerships and the administration of public service delivery programs. He sits on the board of directors of several charitable organizations including Insertech Angus, a company that reintegrates people into the workforce.
