If the participant is less than 18 years old, he has the obligation to get a parental authorization from his parents or his legal guardian to participate. The participant has to fill out the « Parental authorization » form available at www.festivalarcadia.com or on-site during event. In order to participate, the minor has to show the authorization to the competition organizer at the competition stand. So, if the participant is underage and desires to register directly on site, he must be with at least one of his parents or his legal guardian. If not, he needs the parental authorization form filled. Acadia Festival can, at any time, ask a justification for the authorization and can disqualify a participant or a winner if they don't have a justification for the authorization.
